Manager - Talent Acquisition & Management - Health Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We have one very urgent HR position in one of BEST FINANCIAL SERVICES
organizations across the following location :
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai HQ ( Goregaon )
OFFERED CTC - 9lac to 12lac + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Manager - Talent Acquisition & Management [ Corporate ]
SPAN OF CONTROL : pan INDIA
REPORTING - Will report to AVP HR - Corporate functions
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-
Talent Acquisition : 60%
Talent Management & Employee engagement : 40 %
Execute end to end Talent acquisition strategy & TA framework for the entire organisation as a Centre of Excellence based out of Head Office. Manager Senior stakeholders of the organisation for leadership corporate positions fulfilment .
- Support the Resourcing Head to fill assigned vacancies at a corporate level, in average designated timeline.
- Source, screen and conduct preliminary rounds of interview and partner Business in final selection.
- Align all hires to the Rewards policy and practice linked to the Group reward strategy and best practice.
Manage and execute internal movements and promotions for designated businesses (IJP Process)
- Use internal job posting as the first and mandatory source of recruitment to support the group's objective of encouraging and promoting internal employees.
- Vendor Management
- Liaise, educate and coordinate with vendors in a timely and efficient manner for them to provide the best recruitment solutions
- Conduct quarterly vendor meets for review of vendor expectations
- Capitalize on market intelligence received from vendors and partner business to help them make good hiring decisions
- Maintain contracts and ensure that all recruitment solutions availed from the vendor fall within the framework of the contracts
Upgrade Resourcing Capabilities & Employer Branding :
- Engage with business to understand expectations and maintain the recruitment metrics.
- Educate business managers on the recruitment process and train them on effective interviewing.
- Publish MIS to highlight best practices in competition
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and recruitment vendors to create a partnership that yields predictable results and credibility for the resourcing team
- Ensure that MIS related to the status on hiring is maintained and shared with the stakeholders proactively on a weekly basis.
- Proactively advise and assist the Resourcing Manager in seeking alternate cost effective channels of recruitment.
Achieve desired source mix & benchmark TAT for the corresponding levels of vacancies .Monitor and analyze organization productivity across departments and correlate with recruitment strategy. Design & conceptualise digital / online / social media hiring platforms & implement via team. Use Analytics as a tool for introducing process improvements & process re-engineering . Work on various projects to create business ease and make CLIENT a preferred employer by choice.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
- Responsible for PMS & other talent management initiatives in the region.
Responsible for designing local level employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out.
- Doing branch visits & conduct townhall meetings with employees on
regular basis.
- Regular branch visit and meeting with constituents.
- Driving 100% participations for various surveys such as GALLUP/PULSE etc.
MIS:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Currently, handling Talent Acquisition profile / TA strategy / TA framework designing in Corporate / Head Office.
Note : Regional or Zonal ( Non corporate ; ) profiles, pls excuse ! Ex - Corporate TA profiles can apply !
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices
- Should be from a reputed B School. [ Btech + MBA HR combination preferred but not mandatory . ]
