Our client is a leading intra-city delivery solutions provider, that focuses on sorting out the largely unorganised logistics space in the country. It is also an aggregator of inter-city mini trucks and large transport vehicles for the Retail, Ecommerce and FMCG sectors. Their app is a platform used by their clients and truck owners, providing GPS enable vehicles, 24X7 support, economical pricing and multi-capacity loaders. Truckers can use their location and choose their transport jobs, while the companies get to pick the drivers as per their ratings.

With a fleet of over 44000 trucks and clients like Britannia, Bisleri, Amazon, Flipkart, Metro CashnCarry, Gati, Delhivery and more, the 5-year old platform has raised over $20Mn across multiple funding rounds. Founded and led by IIT-KG alumni, the company has operations in major cities across the country and looking to make inroads in other sectors and verticals.

As a Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for Product and Engineering (Technology) teams and Stakeholder Management.

What you will do:

- Working with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in the various business units.

- Handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, following up till the candidate joins.

- Implementing hiring strategies that can attract top talent with required skillsets

- Building an effective pipeline of candidates and managing candidate relationships.

- Choosing the optimum recruitment channel with a special focus on New Age sourcing techniques

- Building Market Intelligence insights.

- Ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and a formal tracking process/ reporting/ metrics.

- Handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and following up with the candidates.

- Managing Reporting, Analytics, and key recruitment SLAs like cost per hire, Recruitment cost ratio, source mix, offer to join ratio, hiring TAT, etc.

- Handling Processes and Compliance.

What you need to have:

- MBA/PGDM

- Proven track record of hiring candidates, across levels in Engineering and Product functions.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Good with Reports and creating Dashboards.

- Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques.

- Ambitious individuals who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/ goals and with creative approach to work.
