Manager - Talent Acquisition - Leadership Hiring - Startup (5-10 yrs)

Designation : Manager - Talent Acquisition, Mumbai (CXO Hiring - Start-up exp is a must)

Location : Mumbai.

Note : Preference shall be given to the Candidates who can join immediately.

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for Leadership hiring

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

- Prepare recruitment materials

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Sr. Management

- Act as a point of contact for all Leadership Hiring Needs in the organization.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist (in-house recruitment with a Big Startup Organisation and staffing agency recruiter combination of both preferred)

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)

- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)

- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & people management

- Strong decision-making skills

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Full-time postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters in HR)

- Experience in a fast-paced organization preferably a start-up

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.

- Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data.
