Manager - Talent Acquisition/Leadership Hiring - Education (5-10 yrs)

- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Leadership Hiring: Utilize your extensive experience in leadership hiring to attract, assess, and secure top-tier executives and senior management professionals who will drive our company's growth and success.

- Talent Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-caliber leadership candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

- Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership

- Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback, transparent communication, and a personalized approach throughout the hiring journey.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment efforts with the company's strategic goals. capabilities, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.

- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's employer brand and establish it as an employer of choice for leadership talent within the Edu Tech industry.

- Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for leadership roles to ensure a consistent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, track key recruitment metrics, and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on leadership hiring.

- Previous experience in the Edu Tech industry or related technology-driven sectors is advantageous.

- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and expertise in leadership assessment methodologies.

- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting executive-level talent with exceptional leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data and implement data-based improvements.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
