Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work on the hiring projections for the year and devise strategy to meet business needs
- Explore the market best practices in talent acquisition and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Develop and implement talent branding strategy.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as campus, job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the perfect fit for the job
- Participate in interviewing process and help in leadership hiring
- Complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which includes completing background checks
- Prepare and counsel prospective employees on salary & benefits
- Own the on boarding process for all new joiners till the day of joining
- Areas of focus will include sourcing (effective mix of sourcing channels), talent profile and pipe lining, acquisition process, diversity and turnaround time
- Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on Employee Referral Program and social media - Adhere and operate within the budget for all Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Use applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding
Capabilities & Requirements
- MBA - HR from reputed campus
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent client relationship building & networking skills
- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
- Ability to devise TA strategy aligned to business needs
- Strong ethics and discretion to deal with confidential information
- Multi Task & manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven working experience of 4+ years in Talent Acquisition. Exposure to IT Industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle team of recruiters and consultants
