- Talent consulting with delivery leaders
- HR Operations - hire to retire
- Employee engagement (Partly)
- (S)he may carry out additional responsibilities to include special initiatives / projects in the areas of as: -
- Talent Branding
- HR Automation
You will be a :
- MBA with 5-8 years of hands on experience in recruitment function from an IT product/services company
- Good understanding on multiple Technology stacks
