Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT/Telecom (9-12 yrs)

Primary Purpose The incumbent will be responsible to lead the entire Talent Acquisition portfolio along with providing end-to-end recruitment related support to the in-country HR Manager for India. The role will include managing internal & external stakeholders, consultants/ recruitment partners and building effective recruitment strategies. She/he will also handle on-site/redeployment opportunities within International locations. We expect that the incumbent will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified people.

Responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Develop a sustainable Talent Acquisition hiring plans and strategies.

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Ensure recruitment policy / process are adhered in entire recruitment and selection process.

- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.

- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.

- Measure employee turnover rate, employee turnover cost, and preventable employee turnover.

- Review offer proposals prepared by the team and process approvals.

- Conduct HR round of interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

- Formulate Job Descriptions & specifications in consultations with business.

- Provide support in all other HR interventions pertaining to Talent Acquisition.

- Establish good rapport and interpersonal relations with relevant stakeholders.

- Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs in their projects.

- Work closely with Head, Development Center & Resource Management Team to cater support for Talent Acquisition matters.

- Actively participate in designing strategies, TA related budgeting and overall reporting.

- Ensure the utilization of recruitment expenses as per the recruitment / manpower budget.

- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and build strategies around it.



- Set continuous improvement goals in terms of hiring process.

- Responsible for monthly recruitment reports, dashboards and decks.

- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.

- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

- Design and drive consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Communicate with external partners to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the hiring.

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention.

- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition team.

- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs

- Lead employee referral programs

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.

- Drive the campus hiring process.

- Collaborate within the HR function and other corporate functions.

- Manage on Ad-hoc projects.

Requirement - Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources Management or related field

- Around 12 years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Lead and have worked in large matrix organizations specifically in IT industry.

- Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition programs and its successful implementation through business and HR team's alignment.

- Previous experience in capturing recruitment metrics and data driven strategy implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

- Experience in managing and leading a team.

- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like Linkedin)

- Interpersonal, motivational and excellent communication skills; should be capable of building relationships across the organization.

- Strong decision-making skills

- Analytical, logical & data driven approach

- Stakeholder management skills

- Strong advance MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
