- The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of a Talent Acquisition strategy. Drive definition of key TA processes and strong execution resulting in the achievement of key sourcing metrics (i.e., time to start), the hiring of diverse, high-quality candidates, and the creation of a stronger pipeline of talent. Partners closely with Leadership Team to drive ownership for, adoption of, and follow through on talent acquisition processes in the business.

- Leads a team of Recruiters who partner across and are responsible for building partnerships with business leaders, building market intelligence about external talent for the region/function/roles, and proactively creating sourcing strategies and talent pools for roles.

- Will also be responsible for participating in workforce planning with HR Business, hiring managers, and general operational leadership- which involves analyzing, conducting gap analysis, and forecasting market talent supply, helping to create and execute corporate-wide strategic recruitment plans in support of operational staffing initiatives, such as ongoing transformation initiatives; and maintaining consistent recruiting metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Knowledge, Excellent Verbal & Presentation skills, ability to train/mentor others, and consensus building.

- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle.

- Accomplishes results through lower-level employees, through experienced employees who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.

- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

- Develops and administers schedules, and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

- Assignments are task or activity oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency.

- Solves problems in a timely manner based on professional knowledge and policy and precedence. Understands how business strategy and processes differ from competitors.

Required Qualification and Experience :

- Any Graduates/post-graduates with 8+ years of experience into Talent Acquisition

- 3+ years' experience managing a team

- Preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
