- Managing end-to-end process of hiring from sourcing to onboarding with inputs from Senior Stakeholders.
- Plan and implement talent acquisition strategies and SOPs for recruitment.
- Work and Plan closely with Business Heads for manpower planning for respective businesses and functions.
- Create sourcing plans and strategies by leveraging market research and understanding talent pools.
- Oversee the entire selection process, employing advanced interview techniques and assessments to identify the most fitting candidates.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, Source-of-hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Diversity Metrics, Recruitment Cost Ratio, Attrition Rate etc.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
- Explore and leverage new channels for Recruitment and prior experience in Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, Offer Negotiation etc.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Key Requirements :
Experience: 7 - 10 Years
- Talent Acquisition background in TECH HIRING is a must.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management.
- Should be open for Individual Contributor role.
