Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT Product Firm (10-14 yrs)
- Develops the TA strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on Direction .
- Implements proactive recruiting strategies.
- Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business. Develops, directs, plans, and evaluates both internal and external recruitment programs
- Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success.
- Partnering with the broader talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resources
- Establishes metrics against which the performance of function can be measured.
- Proactively communicates hiring statistics and results to business managers.
- Monitors processes and results to ensure compliance with recruiting policies, legal employment requirements and guidelines.
- Act as recruiter for senior, high profile positions within the organization.
