Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT/Manufacturing Firm (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with business leaders in understanding the business, their hiring needs, candidate profiles in company and build a thorough sourcing and hiring strategy for the year

2. Prepare process maps for hiring vendors/internal hiring Managers/RPO, manage service delivery, escalation handling, ensure SLAs are met and activities follow process maps and documentation.

3. Account for performance management of screening vendors, RPO and hiring Managers. Proactively partner with all hiring stakeholders and ensure escalations are kept at bay

4. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform continuous improvement strategies and programs to enable hiring at scale

5. Develop measurements and insights to assess the success and efficacy of vendor operations

6. Explore new sourcing partners and channels specific to skills and roles that we are hiring and involve them in our hiring process at the right time

7. Design and improvise existing referral program to suit immediate and niche hiring, when required, and align with leadership team. Design communication of referral schemes, program manage the scheme and optimize its utilization

8. Lead a team that co-ordinates referral drives, weekend hiring drives between sourcing partners, RPO and hiring Managers. Provide them the right advise in designing any adhoc referral programs or hiring drives

9. Build newer sources such as College Alumni network and company's Alumni network. Keep passive candidates warm through various business updates and engaging communication / newsletters

10. Create a robust all-year campus engagement program

11. Provide data and insights reporting on key interviewing activity as well as candidate experience trends to inform the recruiting strategy

12. Oversee and plan the future hiring, onboarding, and training of Candidate Experience Team

13. Build robust relationships with business leaders and hiring Managers, create ongoing content for training them on best practices in hiring and sourcing

14. Oversee onboarding and day 1 hiring experience of new joiners. Build continuous improvement programs to stay on track with a great onboarding process. Bring innovative practices into onboarding and new joiner experience

15. Create a well planned induction program. Propose ways of constantly engaging new joiners in their first 30 days within company

16. Build hiring analytics dashboard on an ongoing basis that provides not just data insights but solutions to business and HR leaders

Competencies & education preferred :

- Has past experience of building TA strategy grounds up for varied businesses. Experience managing a team of 3 - 4 members of TA team handling varied experiences across diversity hiring, vendor management, business stakeholder management, candidate experience and onboarding etc

- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Drive operational cadence and regular reporting to maintain an excellent pulse of operational activities; ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across teams

- Drive partner relations and sourcing strategy through creative methods, keen observation and build deep market insights

- MBA with 8 - 12 years' experience from a good MNC who has handled global stakeholders in a high pressure environment

- Recruiters not preferred. Any experience in vendor management or building sourcing strategy is the need of the hour
