Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (10-12 yrs)
Qualifications - MBA - HR (preferable from Tier 1 institutions)
Mandatory requirements:
1) Ideating ways and means of reducing lead time for recruitment, enhancing the candidate experience and reducing cost per hire
2) The role would require the incumbent to manage recruitment budgets for the lateral hiring team within Accenture operation
3) Conducting a business feasibility study for evaluating technology interventions for making the talent supply chain faster
4) Evaluating and assessing internal as well as external technology solutions for effective implementation of point 3) mentioned above
5) Excellent project and program management skills
6) Good analytical skills
7) The person should also be able to work in a cross-functional workforce environment which would require deep relationship building skills, ability to work and derive outcomes from teams which are not under direct supervision, assertiveness with diplomacy to get outcomes within defined timelines
Additional (non-mandatory) requirement:
1) 3-5 years experience in project managing a complex project
2) 3-5 years of recruitment delivery experience
3) Experience in vendor management
4) Knowledge of market intelligence on recruitment agencies and start up vendors working in the recruitment transformation space.
