Define the Role:
- Develop effective and efficient sourcing strategies, interviewing process and selection process and ensure that we hire high quality employees who also fit in seamlessly in Rupeek's culture
- Effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Coordinate with the Hiring Managers for the requirements and deliver upon the same within the stipulated timelines.
- Be the owner of the recruitment metrics like time to hire, cost per hire, offer dropout ratios, etc.
- This position will drive specialized recruitment programs to address the unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development.
Must Have Skill Set :
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to partner effectively with the Hiring Managers as well as the candidates
Other Skills
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve ambiguous and complex issues
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritizing abilities
- Collaborative approach, effective program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions.
