Job Summery :
- Lead Talent Acquisition: Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning & Preparing the Annual Budget Identify, select, develop and retain world-class talent and ensure a dynamic pipeline while creating and maintaining an internal and external talent pool.
- Conceptualizing the recruitment strategies aligned with BU goals to achieve the recruitment numbers.
- Spearheading the Talent Acquisition Team for hiring of IT & IT Infra, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations & Support staff across India.
- Leading the entire recruitment cycle, starting from assessing the manpower need to build the pipeline of professionals in niche segments with focus on quality, cost, sourcing mix and cycle time.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand the strategy, talent needs and potential roles for the near future. Identifying the skill gaps if any.
- Supervising the process of sourcing & screening the candidates; evaluating the fitment in terms of responsibilities, compensation & notice period.
- Adhering to the TAT/SLAs and ensuring quality profiles are selected within strict timelines and as per compliance.
- Generating & analyzing the periodic recruitment reports for assisting the decision-making at stakeholder and business head level.
- As a TA lead promoting the Recruitment & HR best practices with the view to improve hiring plans.
- Superintending the complete hiring and on boarding process along background check.
- Coordination with Business Entities, internal team for the process improvement
- Giving Power point presentation to the management.
