We are expanding our presence across these areas and are looking for a dynamic and high productivity Talent Acquisition Manager who has led hiring in domains like SMAC [social, mobile, analytics, and cloud], AI, big data, full stack, front end, angular JS among other digital skills. He/she would be helping us achieving our Digital BU hiring goals. The Digital BU contributes to 50% of our overall revenues and is a high focus, high priority unit when it comes to hiring.
The incumbent will successfully develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, built and lead a team of diverse talent acquisition specialists at different levels in various locations, collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch talent.
Job Role
- This role reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Be the trusted advisor that BU's can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skillsets to support Mindtree- s business and growth objectives
- Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience
- Experience in hiring talent for large accounts in and supporting the large business units that required 300~400+ hires per quarter.
