Key Responsibilities: - Manage end to end Talent Acquisition for International locations and Leadership hiring - Manage search partners empanelment for most geographies - Decide and execute the best mode of hiring based on position and location - Co-ordinate for interviews and complete HR round of interviews for all positions - Design and implement apt selection tool and processes based on position and location - Be a touch point for candidates up-to joining and hand-over to payroll team - Generate MIS and complete data analysis for TA and related HR processes - Responsible for TAT and quality of hiring - Co-ordinate the onboarding for new joinees with assistance from relevant team-member - Support implementation of corporate HR strategies to International locations - Support HR leads and associates for select new initiatives in International locations
