- One our clients, a Leading Financial Services Company is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based at Mumbai.
- The individual should be an MBA in HR with 6 to 8 years of experience in managing recruitments / Talent Acquisition in the Housing Finance sector.
- Experience in handling end to end recruitment process cross levels and across functions with a team. Should have experience in salary & benefits negotiations. Should have the passion for recruitment and looking to make a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Manage the end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding for the Housing Finance Business for pan India locations
- Partner with Business HR for understanding critical open mandates and effective planning to ensure those mandates are handled with utmost importance and dedication
- Periodically meet department heads/hiring managers to discuss challenges faced & progress so far and discuss the way ahead to close open mandates. Should have the good understanding of the talent pool available in the market and periodically update the Hiring Managers on the skill gap availability and provide critical/valuable inputs in manpower planning and allocations.
- The position would report to the Lead - Corporate Talent Acquisition.
