- Manpower planning & budgeting for the unit - Ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities including maintenance of HR Candidate records (keeping past and current records). - Responsible for implementation of Recruitment , policies and processes across the unit. - Responsible for organizing review meetings and attends the same to take stock of the situation. - Ensure audit readiness at all times and accurate documentation - Responsible for talent acquisition for identified roles in the Unit within agreed timelines - Facilitate employee joining, induction. - Generate periodic HR MIS reports and submit it to Cluster HR Head and Unit Head. - Responsible for maintaining employees personnel files as per NABH standards. - Should be conversant with Job Portals - Experience in Volume Hiring
