Manager - Talent Acquisition - FMCG - XISS/XIMB/KJ Somaiya

Our client is a Tier 1 MNC in Customer Facing Industry with over 10,000 employees in India.

- We are looking for someone who has 5Yrs+ work experience in Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking and other White Goods.

- Candidate should have Corporate Recruiting experience of 2Yrs and wherein overall experience must be 5yrs in HR Function.

- Education Criteria is a MUST one to have - We are looking candidates from Tier 2 colleges ONLY. It has to be a renowned College / Institute, Example - XISS, XIMB, KJ Somaiya, Chirst University, ICFAI and Alliance Business etc

Please note we are not looking for any IT / Engineering / .COM / Shared Services hiring specialist. Candidate must have diversified hiring experience. If someone is from such Industry background then variety of hiring experience is Must,

- Candidate Must have strong experience in hiring the lateral talent for multiple function and skill set.

- Candidate must have an experience of handling Manager Level and above hiring for the organization with strong expertise in recruitment strategy and procedures, must be strong in Vendor Management

- Another key role would be Employer branding and promoting diversity hiring, Focused, strong action plan and policies for Talent Retention strategy.

- Managing the team of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

- Should have experience in working on an ERP.

- Good in Team Management.

- Experience of handling lateral hiring with diverse skill set.

- Good in Stake Holder Relationship.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
