JOB TITTLE: Manager - TA
- Managing all recruitment activities.
- Carrying out the selection process including headcount planning, publishing of job postings, selection and interviewing of candidates.
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Serving as first point of contact to all employees recently hired.
- Preparing and accompanying the induction process of new employees.
- Preparing offer packages/ if applicable in alignment with C&B Lead.
- Junior level Position-30 days- Middle Management Position-60 days.
- Keeping track of and recording all recruitment activities going in India.
- Focussing on key recruitment for pre-opening sites.
- Connecting professionals through networking sites such LinkedIn
- Maintaining the ratio of Internal vs. External hiring at a reasonable level.
- Preparing a talent pool for critical position.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interviews.
- Screening of CV as per JD.
- Sourcing CV through Job portals such as Naukri and other hiring portals
- Offer the candidate in consultation with C&B lead for internal parity
- Scheduling interviews in consultation with line manager
