Manager - Talent Acquisition - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Looking for a hardcore TA professional from premium institutes who can:

- Devise and execute strategies for Talent acquisition practices across the organization to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

- Own and manage campus relations in an exciting environment, positioning the organization as a preferred employer of choice.

- Actively managee all engagement activities, communication, branding, talent attraction & assessment and relationship management effectively across various business schools.

- Develop talent pipeline for future business needs. Ensure smooth onboarding, engaged training stints and smooth off-boarding into the business. 

- Closure of positions to be recruited in targeted turnaround time / Quality of candidates recruited

- Identify, implement & continuously improve systems & processes around selection, induction, employee referral, etc.

- Work across multiple stakeholders to close open positions across functions

Experience:

- 7-10 years of relevant TA experience

- MBA from Tier-1 institutes

- Ability to work with business leaders of the organization / Organized / Process driven
