Manager - Talent Acquisition
Objectives :
- To partner with business to attract, engage and hire the best talent in line with the hiring processes and organizational needs.
Responsibilities :- Partner with business leaders/ HRBP to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of talent acquisition including identifying selection criteria, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates in cooperation with the hiring manager.
- Manage recruiting process through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage the sourcing channels - job portals, social media platforms, direct and employee referral programs.
- Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline for our key roles by proactively mapping talent.
- Implement talent sourcing strategies (external, internal, referrals) to build a diverse candidate pool. Implement employee referral programs.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (as aligned with functions) and deliver on recruitment SLAs.

Desired Experience Level & Qualifications :- Must have 5-8 years of FMCG HR experience in the Talent Acquisition vertical within HR.
- Experience in FMCG/ Consumer Goods is a must.
- Postgraduate / MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
