Job Profile:
- HR from sales driven organization.
- Working to be developing, recommending and implementing human resource strategies and policies in support of business objectives.
- Skilled in handling strategic recruitment including resourcing both internal & external manpower, evaluating the required skills, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them into the system
- Review of business metrics for performance evaluation and driving performance management for business improvement by ensuring clear objectives.
- HRBP for retirement benefits sales, consultancy.
- Adroit at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, and handling grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment
- Developing employee engagement framework and conducting activities
- Learning and development- single handedly completed the skill and competency mapping for the entire consultancy division. Identifying the training gaps and arranging for relevant training programs.
- Experience in formation/ implementation for recruitment strategy.
