Manager-Talent Acquisition Job Description: - To support the overall business strategy and help the Business grow through employees by leading the Talent Acquisition function & help the organization hire the best talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. - The ideal candidate is someone who has independently handled the manpower planning, recruitments, talent reviews, talent development including PMS and HR Dashboards, Presentations, L&D etc. - Develop comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the human capital needs of the organization - Identifying & Planning Organization requirements of manpower and budget - Experience of talent acquisition strategy development (Campus Hiring), strategic recruitment techniques (Cadre building) - Lead a team of specialists for end-to-end talent acquisition - Lead sourcing of potential candidates through online channels like LinkedIn - Lead screening of candidates and short listing based on telephonic interviews - Sharing feedback with the respecting hiring managers - Identify future requirements and develop relationships with prospective candidates - Develop comprehensive retention plans to meet the human capital needs of organization goals - Responsible for effective implementation of onboarding and offboarding / exit process - Continuous review of the legal compliance in the human resource vertical. Work with the Finance and Senior Management team to have all the compliances in place. - Work on the best practices to improve the overall Hire to Retire module. Continuous improvement on the most efficient manners of on boarding and exit process. - Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, includes analyzing Exit Interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards for Division and OU leadership. Required Qualification: - Graduation: Preferred BE/ B.Tech - Post-Graduation: Preferred MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (TIER1/TIER2) Requirement of Skills & Abilities - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Experience in a start-up set up is a plus - Experience in domains like manufacturing, FMCG, Automotive etc. - Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) practices. - Possess Business and Financial Acumen with strong analytical skills - High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment. - Team management skills in leading, motivating, and managing assigned team members to effectively deliver pre-determined learning goals and objectives - Strong Interpersonal skills to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment across a variety of positions and levels with astuteness and sensitivity. - Excellent skills in MS office suite specific high impact PowerPoint presentations. - Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships
