Manager - Talent Acquisition - FMCG

The opening is with a leading FMCG company in Mumbai Location.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 5 -7 years in an FMCG company.

Key responsibility :

- The Manager HR would be handling Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment/ Sourcing.

- Talent Acquisition, Partner stakeholders on hiring and talent management.

- Handling the HR Operations, MIS, Reports, HR Analytics.

- Talent management and Succession Planning.

- Provide detailed Interview Assessment Reports, analyzing and converting psychometric reports into inputs for the hiring managers prior to interviews.

- Process Discipline & Analytical Orientation.

- Self-drive, Results Focus, excellent communication skills.
