KRAs:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of positions across various locations which includes contract employees as well as job outsourced models
- The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, assessment and managing the Interview process with all stakeholders.
- Liaison with business stakeholders and hiring managers for planning and successful execution of the hiring plan.
- Managing various sourcing channels like Employee referrals, Search partners, IJP, web portals and others effectively to close open positions within agreed timelines and cost.
- Strategizing innovative and effective ways to hire quality people - Managing pre-joining activities by engaging offered candidates
- Chalk out sourcing strategy to ensure best-in-class candidates for hiring
- Maintain a strong funnel of candidates for key and important positions
- Work closely with Head of HR / HR team / Management to establish strong people strategy viz., Buy & Build
- Elevate the recruitment process with innovative techniques, capabilities to identify the right candidate, quick TAT
- Drive campus hiring, trainee and internship program as part of the build strategy
- Track organizational restructuring and discuss potential movements with Business, HR and enable the process
Candidate Specifications:
- MBA or PG Diploma or any equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment and Headhunting
- Team Management
- Must be tech-savvy and should have worked on software- Workday
- Should be well versed with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
