Manager - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services (4-9 yrs)
- Manage talent function for 2 business units, viz, Financial services and Mobility
- Work and collaborate with CHRO, HRBPs, Business Heads etc.
- Be responsible for acquisition of various roles ranging from mid to senior level.
- Plan the interview and selection process, which may include phone talks, tests, and in-person meetings. Using the Applicant Tracking System, look at information about candidates, such as their resumes and contact information.
- Make job titles and screening questions that match the needs of each role, and plan end to end selection process.
