Job Title: Manager - Talent Acquisition - Enterprise Solutions Startup
Location Chennai
Role & Responsibility: -
- Defining a roadmap with a focus on building best-in-class Talent pool/pipeline for the organization in its transformation journey.
- Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Being a strategic partner to Business and functional Leaders and provide consultative approach fulfilling their talent needs.
- Provide counseling and assistance to hiring managers for writing the meaningful job descriptions.
- Passion to dream big in transforming the Talent Acquisition approach, systems and practices in the organization and then drive to work towards the dream.
- Eagerness to explore bold talent acquisition practices (including social media) backed by conviction to hire top-notch incumbents.
- Resourcefulness to Develop and Implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.
- Engages candidates by organizing hiring events & campaigns communicating company values to candidates, discussing benefits, culture, and promoting the organization as an employer of choice
- Creating engagement and branding strategy for E-schools / B-Schools.
- Creating campus hiring strategy from E-schools / B-Schools across India working closely with the Business leadership team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant functional experience
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
- Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA in HR), Business, or related field from good pedigree of colleges.
- Result oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action.
- Strong Negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to a prospective candidate.
- Ability to apply knowledge and make sound judgments
- Experienced in maintaining campus relationship and must have represented the company at recruiting events, Job fairs, seminars and conferences.
- Must have sound understanding about startup culture.
