Our Client is into Management Consulting and Enterprise SaaS in Power and Energy sector in India.

The candidate is expected to support the HR team in fulfilling the recruitment requirements of the organization pertaining to Management Consulting Division.

The candidate should be able to close critical vacancies that have immediate on-ground impact on company business and stakeholder interests.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Build a thorough understanding of the power and energy sector practices.

- Understand and update job descriptions.

- Talent mapping, data mining and creating employee databases.

- Source potential candidates from various channels (social media, job portals, head hunting etc.).

- Ability to attract passive candidates.

- Conduct HR Interviews and aptitude test of candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

- Coordinating interviews with functional managers till the position closes

- Offer negotiation and closing selected candidate at the best negotiated rate

- Ensuring positions are closed within budget and Turn-Around Time

- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire and maintain trackers and MIS reports

- Present Talent Acquisition Dashboards at monthly reviews.

- Ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires.

- Bring improvements in process that - save time, effort, money; improve quality of hire; improve the pipeline of aspirants

Qualifications and Key skills required :

- Regular Bachelor's Degree (any) and Master's degree in HR or similar

- Relevant experience of 4-6 years in niche hiring (middle and senior level)

- Experience of hiring for power and energy sector will be preferred

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills is mandatory

- Structured and process-oriented, able to generate reports through MIS and trackers.

- Should be able to handle the critical employee data with honesty and integrity.

Work Location : The base location would be New Delhi.
