Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

Airline Industry - Mumbai

Ideal candidate will lead Talent Acquisition, partnering business leaders and stakeholders for their hiring needs and raising the talent bar of. And contribute in Employee Engagement initiatives. As a part of the HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing best in class HR practices and contributing in cultivating a vibrant & high performance culture at the organization.

Key Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition

- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process: identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media channels, employee referrals, etc; creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline

- Take full responsibility for the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer roll out with a focus on quality, time & cost.

- Partner with Business Leaders in the selection process, adapting the appropriate interview assessment methods and sharing best practices.

- Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract new candidates and increase the visibility of the organization as an employer of choice.

- Design the candidate experience from start to finish, by understand the hiring process from a candidate/job applicant's perspective and soliciting feedback from the candidates about their experience and implement changes basis the feedback to improve the process

- Develop an induction program to ensure quick assimilation for the new hire.

Employee Engagement

- Conceptualise a robust employee engagement strategy to promote an engaged workforce, driving objectives such as: camaraderie, fostering innovation, wellness, and fun at work.

- Drive Reward & Recognition initiatives.

- Plan and roll out various surveys to study the employee pulse.

- Support and plan initiatives towards promoting the company's core Values.

Desired Candidate:

- 5-7 years- experience in a similar role of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, with demonstrated proficiency in partnering with key stakeholders in senior positions in the definition and execution of people initiatives, focused on business priorities.

- Superior project management skills and ability to drive programs independently.

- People oriented and affable; should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDBA in HR, preferred.
