- Handling end to end recruitment for business expansion & operations.

- Sourcing & Screening profiles from job portals, career website and social media platforms.

- Taking preliminary round of interviews with the candidate.

- Conducting weekly meetings with stakeholders to understand open roles.

- Involved in different launch across cities.

- Maintaining MIS of the open roles, Pipeline, approval dates and publishing it to the stakeholders.

- Offer Negotiation with the candidate.

- Offer Letter generation and ensuring healthy candidate onboarding.

- Maintaining Employee Files.

- Onboarding new Joinees.

- Coordinating with multiple vendors and providing TAT for closure of bulk hiring requirements.
