Position : Manager- Talent Acquisition Experience : 4 To 6 Yrs Location : Bengaluru Qualifications : - Any diploma or degree holder in HR management - Multi-linguistic with working experience in eCommerce/ FMCG domain - Experience working in Startup ecosystem is must with Tech and Non Tech Hiring The ideal candidate will: - Work closely with CEO, HR Head and Senior Management Team (SMT) on Talent Initiatives. - Lead the recruitment cycle for Business/Strategy/Finance/Operations/Tech functions in organization, work with department heads, attracting &amp; selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiation &amp; onboarding. - Build Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms &amp; build partnerships and keeping a tab on budgets - Be a custodian of culture and creation of a positive &amp; inspiring environment for employees. Requirement - Good fundamentals of Talent Acquisition and Management Process. - General interest in HR, Culture, Environment &amp; Employer Brand will be appreciated. - Relevant experience in either of Consumer Internet/E-commerce/Online Delivery sectors OR Food/Agriculture/FMCG sectors OR executive search or related recruitment /management experience - Track record of achievement in the last few years - Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and platforms, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent, good comfort with recruiting tools &amp; software. - Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market. - Collaborative approach, effective process management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions - Professionalism, maturity and empathy are all key attributes for success
