Manager - Talent Acquisition - eCommerce/Banking/ITES/BPO (5-8 yrs)
Mandatory Criteria:
1. Candidate must be from Corporate (E-Commerce Or Banking Or ITES/BPO).
2. Candidate must have a volume hiring experience.
3. Candidate must have managed vendor Hiring.
Education: MBA
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
CTC: 12 LPA to 15 LPA
Location: Delhi/NCR and Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Determine current manpower hiring needs and produce forecast.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead Employment branding initiatives.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interview, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Definition of the recruitment process, KPIs and SLAs, continuous improvement of the recruitment process, consistently delivering major KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare and build reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Interpret and report data to drive strategies and decisions around best practices and standards
- Create, maintain and deliver dashboards/league tables etc
- Hire, train and develop the team of the recruiters
- Deliver budgets at optimum efficiency
- Stakeholder Management
