Manager - Talent Acquisition (All India)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Talent Acquisition vertical at an all India level for a leading Ecommerce company. Report to the HR Head.
- Create a talent acquisition strategy and design robust talent acquisition process
- Manpower planning and ensuring right talent is hired within timeline.
- Find solutions to bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor management
- Plan and oversee campus & job/career fairs & Bulk-hiring drives.
- Lead, oversee and supervise, guide and mentor members of the recruiting team at an all India level. Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan employee referral programs
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
- Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools. Create and present KPI reports.
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Interview candidates who are applying for a job.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and at least 3 years as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Some experience of hiring people at leadership level will be an advantage

Work Location: Gurugram (travel occasionally for recruitment drives, etc)
Workdays: 5 days a week plus 2 alternate Saturdays every month
Joining: Preferably in a month or earlier. Ready to buy notice period.
