Manager - Talent Acquisition - eCommerce (5-8 yrs)
Key result areas
- Design and implement overall talent attraction strategy. Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from workforce planning to offer. Determine the right talent and source mix derives branding and campus strategy.
- Understands talent/workforce needs, market gaps/ need gaps to develop innovative recruitment solutions which can lead to improvement in talent acquisition and engagement during the hiring process.
- Define KPIs to connect business outcomes with the recruitment strategy. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations. Work closely with cross-functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights
- Create effective and efficient recruitment practices such as the interview process, candidate experience, campus engagement, prospect candidate reach out, social engagement, automation, employee referral programs, recruitment tools
- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment: assessment of employees for different or more senior roles)
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced tech (preferably consumer) companies.
- Experience in recruitment for tech, non-tech roles, mid-senior level roles, campus hiring, employer branding, recruitment agency empanelment, team management
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews and train hiring managers
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, channels
