Manager - Talent Acquisition - Digital/Fintech/ConsumerTech/Internet (4-8 yrs)
The incumbent is required to have:
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Proficiency in market intelligence to develop strong sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills
- 6-8 years' of end to end recruitment experience in fast pace (Digital/Fintech/ConsumerTech/Internet) environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across business functions by working closely with stakeholders.
- Carry out recruitment activities to ensure key deliverables are met with a key focus on external sourcing and driving internal talents.
- Guide Talent Acquisition team through the hiring process and ensure adherence to the same.
- Ensure right selection of sources to deliver on-time talent solutions.
- Prepare salary proposals and manage offer process through collaboration with Compensation &Benchmarking team.
- Manage employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Drive campus recruitment for internship and final placements by collaborating with institutions & universities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the recruitment delivery process.
- Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence insights to business stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to provide pro-active recruitment guidance.
- Identify any recruitment gaps and provide suggestions to set the business into the right directions to achieve business goals.
- Update recruitment reports and analyze recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and recruitment initiatives.
