Roles a&Responsibilities :
- Managing the Talent Acquisition function and a growing team of Recruiters while balancing full-cycle recruitment across the organization's talent requisition and this includes sourcing, phone screens, managing the interview process, offers, and closing the requirement
- Focus on strategically expanding our candidate pipelines, from growing existing sources to expanding into new innovative sources of recruitment.
- Champion for excellent candidate experience and act as an extension of our brand; ensuring everyone who engages with us receives unmatched care and attention
- Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Meet or exceed KRA's of all team members such as agents
- Be directly responsible for the overall performance of team members
- Participate in new-hire interviews
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
- Conduct monitoring and coaching sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile :- 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment division
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good hands on experience in Excel
