Job Purpose :
- To implement various employee / HR initiatives which will help in driving business and HR objectives and to ensure talent acquisition plans are met as per business requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- To source quality profiles as per business requirements within the agreed timelines
- To manage sourcing mix (vendors, referrals, and direct) for managing cost and mitigating dependency risks
- To adhere to the hiring process with minimum exceptions
- To maximize the candidate's experience of the hiring process
- To keep business leaders and HR team updated on hiring status To ensure effective on-boarding of all new joiners, including induction sessions
- To implement talent and culture interventions driving business success
- To enable business leaders on employee issues including ER, process adherence, talent management, development, and retention
- To ensure retention of talent within the region
- To build employee connect through various engagement programs
- To ensure quick redressal of employee grievances, concerns, and queries
- To ensure adherence to all HR processes in an effective and timely manner
- To support change management programs as required by Organization led initiatives
