Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Induction:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, which may include:
- Developing job descriptions
- Engaging, negotiating with and briefing recruitment agencies
- Advertising job posting internally (locally/globally) and through social media
- Short listing candidates and conducting interviews
- Negotiating terms of employment and issuing offer letters
- Induction of all new employees on HR processes and policies, as well as ongoing mandatory trainings
Hiring Strategy & Implementation
- 8-10 years of professional experience recruiting in-house technical & business positions for IT consulting
- Plan and Review hiring strategy for all position (including campus numbers)
- Review open requisition vs hiring status for all position
Review Recommendations & Offers:
- Review all offer prior to recommendations and sign off
- All exceptions to be reviewed as 1st level of exception approval
Oversee Onboarding Plan & Conduct HR Inductions:
- Induction of all new employees on HR processes and policies, as well as ongoing mandatory training
Attributes:
- Proven ability to build strong and long-lasting business/employee relationships
- Ability to learn (at a high-level) technical and drug safety information
- Self-confident, honest, dependable, self-motivated and self-starter
- Solid skills with Office automation tools (MS Office, ATS, etc.) for proofreading, editing, formatting and tracking recruitment workflows
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with global colleagues and employees
