Roles and Responsibilities : 1) Conceptualizing the recruitment strategies aligned with functional goals to achieve the recruitment numbers 2)Spearheading the operations across GBS for 400 on-roll &amp; off-roll employees 3) Collaborating with business leaders to understand the strategy, talent needs, and potential roles for the near future 4) Supervising the process of sourcing &amp; screening the candidates; evaluating the fitment in terms of responsibilities, compensation &amp; notice period, scheduling the interviews, and following up with stakeholders for feedback 5) Generating and analyzing the periodic recruitment reports for assisting the decision-making at the stakeholder level 6) Investigate and determine employee needs : - Creating short term and long term recruitment strategy to help the expansion plan of org on the people front - Work closely with the senior leadership team to proactively create a pipeline for future hires - Able to manage overall recruitment life cycle (JD to Closure of comp negotiations) specifically for mid-management and above levels - Driving the right channel mix to be on top of per hire cost and on-time delivery - Prior experience of startups with large scale expansion is a must - Should be structured and able to present status of hiring to leadership at regular intervals 7) Continuously leveraging technology and social media platforms for hiring and increase the brand 7) visibility of attracting the right talent 8) Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies 9) Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities 10) Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors 11) Plan employee referral programs 12) Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools 13) Source and find candidates qualified for open positions perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.) 14) Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience 15) Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team 16) Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles Requirements : - Bachelor's degree required and MBA or Engineering - Understanding of manufacturing as a domain - 1+ years in a fast-paced start-up - Leadership hiring experience of 2-3 years - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or staffing environment for an established organization and HR department - At Least 2 years in a team management role - Must have the ability to navigate and search on the internet; prefer experience with direct sourcing of resumes from employment websites (e.g. LinkedIn)
