Qualification- MBA (Premier Institutes)
- candidate should have experience in Team Handling and Leadership Hiring Experience.
- Manage the Lead Talent Acquisition (Leadership hiring)
- Ideating, coordinating Hiring/ Project related content.
- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer and on-boarding
- Primary accountability for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data integrity and accuracy
