Manager - Talent Acquisition - Cloud Technologies (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating necessary talent pipeline for active and passive talent requirements of the country
- Ensure that HR managers and Hiring Managers follow standard recruitment process; serve as subject matter expert for best practices related to recruitment and selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions
- Conduct research on target companies and passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, in addition to other resources
- Responsible for managing vendor contracts & relationships across the country
- Partner collaboratively with hiring managers and HR business partners throughout full search. Problem solve effectively through any challenge encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.
- Drive diverse & inclusive hiring practices
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Proven full life cycle recruiting experience in Tech Hiring for 8+ years, 3+ years in house experience is essential.
Skill sets :
- All Cloud based Technologies . QA/Networking
- Previous staffing, talent acquisition, recruiting experience supporting a multinational company or clients in multi-countries in USA
- Exceptional consulting, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience of defining, monitoring and measuring TA strategy across multiple countries and business units/service lines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
- Process improvement experience preferred
- Proven ability to understand technical/scientific business requirements
- Fluent in English .
