- MBA or equivalent in HR/IR
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the area of Talent Acquisition
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Carry out the recruitment process to meet the manpower requirements as per the existing approved manpower matrix.
- Recruitment for Indian or global operations.
- Address gap areas in confirmation in coordination with the line managers
- Fill the gap within TAT of 30 days.
- Complete joining formalities of the new joiners.
- Create talent pipeline to meet future manpower needs
- Undertake entire activities of on boarding
- Recruit as per the plant requirement
- Able to initiate and engage employees in one to one discussion and support the process towards engaging employee
- Able to develop working understanding with key stakeholders and deliver as per the line of expectation
- Able to keep composed in ambiguous situations, think clearly, understands the point of conflict and make one available for resolving the situation maintaining a professional approach.
