Manager - Talent Acquisition - Campus Hiring & Process Excellence (6-10 yrs)
- Define recruitment processes, KPIs and SLAs
- Lead recruitment process excellence, automation and analytics
- Understanding of best practices; and ability to conceptualize and implement work flows to fill gaps.
- Prepare and build reports to summarize insights and trends specific to Sourcing strategy.
- Understanding and ability to design and execute Campus hiring and programs
- Design, execute on-boarding & training plan for campus hires.
- TA Workflow systems / ATS - implementation, optimization and enhancements
- Design process map and recruiting SLA's.
- Define checkpoints, ensure compliance, share regulars dashboards
- Drive innovation in candidate attraction and process across multiple divisions and geographies.
- Able to assess situations and make decisions in a systematic and decisive manner
- Able to generate new ideas and solutions to problems by challenging the status quo and conventional thinking
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
- Must have experience working in a fast paced environment in an established recruiting team
- Ability to Collaborate within dept and Communication skills
