We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager for our client in Manesar. Our client is a global building material company & leader in bathing solutions & looking for Manager TA to manage the Talent Acquisition for PAN India & Global hiring.
Purpose of the Job
- Recruit the best talent for the organization while keeping the functional & cultural fitment into consideration
- Improve & maintain the Turn Around Time (TAT) for the open vacancies
JOB PROFILE -
- Contribute effectively to the Recruitment procedures for PAN India vacancies by understanding the position & job description, effectively sourcing & screening the profile, conducting interviews, short listing and accordingly proceedings with next levels.
- Ensuring all the set criteria's are met for the Role by conducting personal / Skype / telephonic interviews based on Competency Based Interview Skills.
- Develop, design and update job description and role descriptions for various roles in coordination with the heads of department and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvement projects in talent acquisition by initiating & implementing the Best HR practices
- Effective Coordination with the Functional Heads for the closure of the open positions.
- Handle end to end vendor management, from negotiation on contract terms to invoice processing.
- Team Management of 7-10 HR Recruiters
- Building the pipelines of Talent Pool from allied industries, target companies and portals.
REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in manufacturing or sales oriented organisations
Atleast 2-3 years experience of team management of 7-10 people team
