Summary :
- Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a team of Corporate Recruiters and providing subject matter expertise regarding all aspects of the recruitment process for MSI.
- The successful incumbent will provide proactive recruitment service to team members and hiring managers as well as communicating and developing strategic relationships with all lines of business in addition to assisting in the development, planning and implementation of tailored recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Advise and adhere to all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the recruitment process is in line with legislation
- Gather and report on recruitment metrics to the Director, Talent Acquisition
- Manage, record and monitor budget spend on recruitment
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 Recruiters
- Provide subject matter expertise on recruitment best practice
- Facilitate up-to-date recruitment training
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategy, projects, policies
Requirements :
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma, and/or related courses in recruitment and/or human resources
- 6-8 years of related recruitment experience within a corporate environment
- Proven experience of managing the recruitment cycle, from the posting of advertisements, through to selection and offer stage
- Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment and ability to manage a number of tasks within set deadlines, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy as well as understanding of employment legislation that may impact on recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management, presentation and negotiation skills Dedicated team player, highly organized, ability to take the initiative

- Excellent ability to design sourcing strategies
- Exceptional client first focus with strong professional acumen
- High ability to work autonomously and lead solutions
- Comfortable and experience working in a fast-paced, just-in-time environment with accountabilities to multiple stakeholders
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) - intermediate level
- Management experience would be helpful but not essential
