Talent Acquisition Manager _Tier 1 _ Industry open (5-7 yrs)
- The incumbent would be responsible for end to end recruitment strategy and execution of talent needs for functions allocated.
- Working closely with business leaders, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to recruitment practices
- Liaise with the business/hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, engage with them on a regular basis for feedback and to support a smooth recruitment process
- Build strong communication channels
- Build strong supply chain(channels)for recruitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador representing company Core beliefs and Values
- Creating an environment of continuous improvement to ensure efficiencies within the function
- Be responsible to collect external market intelligence related to hiring
