We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with our client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.


Location : Gurgaon

Nature of the Role : Individual Contributor (IC Role)

Education : Graduate

CTC : As per the Norm

Exp : Minimum 7+ years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment

PC Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred

Reports to : AVP - Talent Acquisition

Working Conditions : 12 Noon - 9pm ; Cabs yes, 5 days working


- The Talent Acquisition, Manager is responsible for the management of the recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, interviewing and hiring for candidates up through the Vice President level.

- This position works to continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting process and interacts extensively with the management staff to meet the needs of the business.

- The position is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.


- Assists the functional leader in planning and budgeting for the human resource needs for the organization. 10%

- Develops and executes recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to hire targets 30%

- Suggests process improvements in the existing recruitment and selection process 10%

- Develops appropriate reporting strategies and metrics, assesses trends and take appropriate action to improve performance including but not limited to source mix, offer to join ratio etc.15%

- Manages all external vendors, negotiates contracts and ensures quality of service delivery. 10%

- Ensures consistent candidate experience & adheres to the branding guidelines of the company. 10%

- Management of direct reports (reporting to the role) # 2-5 15%
