Job Profile :
- Will independently handle Full & Final Settlement function for all employees of the organisation
Job Purpose :
- Acts as subject matter expert providing guidance and advice on HR work flow processes for Full and Final settlements.

Job Purpose Statement :
- Develop, Deploy & Drive Talent Acquisition & Talent positioning strategy by meeting all Manpower Requirements for all open positions within the Organization.
- Maintain a Talent Pool for Critical Business Functions at all times.
KRAs :
Recruitment :
- Complete recruitment as per agreed deliverables for all Functions
- Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Mid-Managerial & Leadership Roles across the organisation.
- Handling entire recruitment life cycle for all HO positions Managerial Level and above
- Using different recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Cold calling, Social Media Recruitment etc
- Delivery the manpower with in TAT
- Work closely with the Business Heads in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget.
- Monitor & Control the Recruitment Budget for Position's Handled
Campus Connect Program :
- Preparation of Campus Connect process PPT
- Deploy the Campus Connect Program to maintain a Talent Pool for all Critical Business Functions
Internal Talent Positing :
- Drive the IJP Program across the country and ensuring effectiveness of the Program
- Preparing & Monitoring suitable metrics in adherence to the pre-set standards to assess the effectiveness of the IJP in Recruitment Function
Assessment Test :
- Knowledge on Thomas PPA is must
- Knowledge on OPQ-32, Sales Assessment test is good to have.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduates / MBAs with 6-10 years relevant experience in core recruitment in large BFSI / IT organisations having headcounts over 5000#).
- Have exposure to HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, compensation and benefits administration, SAP, Recruitment Practices & Processes, Business, Compensation, Statutory Compliances (Minimum Wages, etc.)
