Role:
- Pure play talent acquisition role - Supporting the business units.
- Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite
- Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
- Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping
- Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc
- This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill
- Excellent in representing TA reports and analytics around Talent acquisition
- Should have good knowledge of Fintech industry & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective sourcing methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification in the field related to HR is mandatory. Preferably - Full time MBA HR from Tier I institute.
- Preference will be given to recruiters from Fintech, Tech or BFSI industry
- 5 to 8 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required
- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.
